Thumbs up Great, great news!!!

June 27, I embarked on a new lifestyle. As of yesterday, Monday, which was 2 day's shy of beginning, I have lost 20.2 lbs, and my blood sugars are GREAT!!! The evening of July 19, my BS was 100! I weigh weekly and measure fortnightly (every 2 weeks). Last time measured, I had lost 2-3/4 inches from my waist and 1 inch everywhere else! Eat a variety of Fish, boneless/skinless Chicken Breast, Turkey Breast, limited red meat, non-starchy Vegetables, Salads and zero fruit, except for Avocados. I drink lots of good water, 2-3 mugs of hot green tea daily, Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar and water 30 mins to 1 hr before meals, supplement and exercise. I measure everything into 1 serving size, and no snacking/munching inbetween meals. Believe I've finally found my way, and am very, very pleased and happy!!!
