I was OP for 2 months and lost 40 pounds. I went on vacation for two weeks and went off plan for that time. Any suggestions/tips/advice for how to jump back on? I am planning on using Alternative products and I already have all that mapped out, I just need a push to start today rather than saying "I'll start on monday" I know I can do this, I just keep putting it off..:^:

Don't let yourself think about it too much. Just jump right in! You can always rationalize putting it off till it is convenient... and it never will be. Start right now and then just force yourself to keep going. It's like anything that you don't really want to do: that first step is always the hardest. Rip that band-aid off. Just do it.
Okay, I am all out of cliche encouragements... but I meant them all. :p
Good job on the 40 pounds!!! That's awesome. How was your vacation? :)

Just jump in. You have done it so you know what to do. I have a friend who wants to start but she hasn't because she's found all sort of excuses (4th of July, wedding, stressful week at work). I told her there is going to be something every month at least once that you are going to have to get through so you just need to bite the bullet if you are honestly interested in starting.
