MONDAY - 55 minutes of weight circuit training and cardio-building with my trainer. Whew!!!

TUESDAY - 25 minutes of interval cardio training on the stationary bike

WEDNESDAY - 60 minutes of KILLER circuit training and ab work with trainer. OUCH! Hurts so good!

wends-tired lazy and hubby home had headache too! -more excuses
Thurs-Buns of Steel step -40 min
Fri-will do ESPN body sculpting
Sat-walk??? something going to luch with a friend :D
