lunch- on plane



Flagship lounge- free sushi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
must fill up on crudite, must resist the hot stuff


dinner- on plane
exercise- 35 min elliptical this am at gym, maybe long walk between terminals in ORD
water: you betcha
vitamin: yup
sea-bru - 5700 miles, 5700 mile bonus and 500 mile on line, but no other bonuses :( , not that you guys care
