I don't know about the fish oil for hair loss. If that works, then great! I'd like to mention that a few people I know have used Revitalash and it has given them great results. It can be found cheaper than at the stores on Amazon. Just a thought.
I had major hair loss---to the point where I thought I might be going bald, I did increase Omegas and also used Biotin. It did finally stop after a while. Still not sure if it was the supplements or the fact that I was at goal and entered Phase 4!
Hair Loss - Eyelashes?
I'm sure it's temporary and it won't make me stop this diet but if something helps with hairloss, well eyelashes are hair right?
