Evening All!

My name is Misty and I am struggling. I was diagnosed with a hypothyroid last year and have been fighting that since. I want to lose 50 pounds, and atleast 43 to be healthy. I know what I need to do, but for some reason I wont do it! I will "get serious" as I call it, for a week but then fall off for now good reason. I am frustrating myself and I feel as if as every week passes I waste opportunities to be down a pound or two. I dont really have much support where I live....I guess I am just wishing for some energy and motivation to get this weight off once and for all. Thanks for listening!

I used to be the same way..... are you taking meds for the thyroid problem? Once you can get that on th mend, the weight should be easier to lose and stay off. All I can tell you is that you are on the right path. The fact that you have started and lasted a week are little steps. Intead of thinking it in weeks or months, start thnking in days and even hours. Small steps! Good Luck Sweetie!
