Today I went on a 3 mile hike through one of our nature parks and it only look me 45min. I wasn't even dying at the end! That feels like a huge accomplishment to me. I am going to try to start doing 3 miles 5 days a week and I hope it boosts my weight loss.

Way to go!!! I just started doing the same thing...well, I started with the one mile and gradually have done the one, two, three, four and now five mile and it has made a huge difference in my weight loss...I am trying to do it five times a week, and the thing that keeps me going is it seems to be working! Congrats! It really will make a difference and you already did the hard part...you got started!:carrot:
