Introductions - Hi!

Hey guys,

I've been lurking for the past few days and I really am inspired by some of the stories some of you have posted. I've always been the "more plump" sister in my family and I really wanna get rid of that moniker while embracing a healthier lifestyle. A stressful undergrad kind of reeked havoc on my eating habits.
