Well, I am just starting here and looking around. I need the bit of support because of my high stressed life right now. I have put on (more) weight because of it, and I'm sick of it.

Right now I weigh about 460 pounds, five feet eight and 26 years I take care of grandma (alzheimer's patient)and disabled father - so besides my house work my life is pretty sedentary since both are full time jobs.

Before my stress got hard, I was a web designer for a little company here in Florida and going to school. I had always been a fat child even, and it just kept up. My entire family is big and this was just the normal for us.

I will be joining over in the 300+ club, and the Alternachicks. So I hope to see you all around.
