Hello! My username is Ymory and I'm 20 years old (yes, I'm a young-un), living in central Tennessee. I've been overweight since I hit puberty. Even in high school marching band I didn't lose a pound, lol. I'm 5' 7'', of black and white descent, 230 lbs and wearing a jeans size 18/20. I definitely wear out easily, have no strength, it sucks, but that's just how all my family was. I always heard them say we were big boned, not meant to be small, and if we managed to be small once, we cant stay that way. I was inclined to believe this. But now I'm on my own and I wanna find a real way. I like this website, I've been looking at it for a couple of days now. Cya around!!

You'll notice there are members following all different sorts of plans and routines to get healthier and fit. There's a 20-something's area that you might appreciate, and if you're looking to build strength there's also an Exercise section.

Participate wherever you're comfortable!

Hi I'm 18. I was in my school's color guard. I didn't lose any weight either. And i should've because of all the sit ups, push ups, walking, and running laps. But my eating habits never changed.

Koodos to you for wanting something better!! NO ONE is "meant" to be big. And bones are all the same size in particular age ranges. Thus the joint issues obese ppl face. You will do well here, everyone is so wonderful and supportive!! Good luck!! If you need help let me know!!
