i got Turbo's gain.

And im 193.0 on the dot 2lb loss

Oh, I posted in the other thread. I am 214 this week so I am up but not as high as it could be so that's good.

I have exercised each day, got in a ton of activity this past week, and ate quite on plan! *pats herself on the back* I'm a week's worth of good decisions healthier!

I've maintained this week, but I'm unconcerned with the number at the moment. :)

Besides weight, how has the first week been for ACTIONS, everyone?

As of this morning I was down to 273.2!!!!!!!!! I only got the gym once this week which sucks but I really took walking seriously and even walked in the 39 degree heat...which is pretty high for Canada lol I also got some *ahem* haha I love that goal!

I lost 3.8 with this WI.

My other goal was the 3 walk/jog intervals. I did get in that third one, though I had to do more walking than jogging by the end. I've been having stomach cramps since the med I took for the upper resp infection, went to the dr about it today though so hopefully it'll clear up soon.

I'm (only) up 1.2 lbs. That puts me at 193.6. I'm disappointed in myself, but I know I will make this week better!

Is it too late to join this challenge? I am 114kg, and I would like to lose another 7kg before the end of September... that's 251.3 pounds and I would like to lose 15.4 pounds. I just got to my 10% and I dont want to slacken off, I attend meetings with my sister. She got to her 10% a month ago and has put weight back on, self sabotaging herself. I dont want to go down that track and feel this may help me be accountable to myself.

How are we doing girls????? I am at this moment planning on a low points breakfast out with my daughters and just for fun I looked upo what I would normally have at McDonalds....it was THIRTY TWO points!!!!!!!!!!!!! I couldnt believe it!

I have finally had a decent loss but will post officially on Saturday to be counted for this week or next week..? Do we start the week on Sundays or Mondays?

It is AMAZING the number of ponts in foods I used to eat regularly. Most of the sandwiches I would eat (when eating out) are 18-26 points and that was just the sandwich (not the fries, coke, etc.). It was a real eye opener.

It's pretty crazy to me how just making something at home versus buying it at a restaurant can make the THAT MUCH of a points difference.

As an example... I love egg & cheese on a bagel. At home: 8 points the way I make it. At the local bagel shop: 14 points! O_O That's a six point difference, and I'm using full fat cheese at home, too!

It's why I've learned to just cook most of my food at home. Not only is it less expensive, but I am in full control over what goes into the pan.

Doing pretty well this week, so far. Within my points. Getting in activity each day. My sleep schedule could be better... slept way too late today. But, I'll try to fix that tonight.

My personal goals for this week is to not eat breakfast till 10am, 10k steps each day, no sweets except for one treat on fri/sat and a I give myself a reward.

added. I've just put your first weeks results down as your CW weight. So you'll be on your second week (with us) next monday - just do my spreadsheet doesnt get too mixed up

So I was out of town over the weekend and completely missed the weigh in on Monday morning. I was down to 189.0....was doing really well all week until this weekend.

I'll be weighing in tomorrow morning, but great job so far everyone! I failed at tracking because of lack of a signal (downfalls to the online only membership) But I was extra careful because of it. Definitely got plenty of water tho. :)

Hey, thanks for the invite Lovely. I'm joining WW in a few hours, not that excited about it because one, I am afraid I will get hungry since fruit does not fill me up and two, I hate to write anything down I eat.

You should google "food diary" and see if any printable sheets come up! That way you have a back-up!

Don't know if you got me listed or not. I haven't updated my current yet but I weighed this morning and I'm at 400.8. Last week I had gained 3, I seriously believe it's cuz I wore different clothes lol. I had jeans, tennis shoes, all my jewelry on which I never wear. So i was back to lightweight slacks, slipped off shoes, no jewelry LOL. Showed I lost 9.6 lbs this week. Total of 15.8 on my 4th week at WW. I'm stoked!!

You need both to get a ticker. I see you've joined in July so it's not possible that you've been a member of 3FC for 20 days, yet.

Use it as a mini-goal! =) Stick with it and you'll get your ticker and the ability to show off your results!! :D
