Default no more water weight (post pms)???

Hello fellow chicks,

I'm so confused! For the last few months, I've noticed that I no longer lose any weight at all once I get my monthly friend. I used to drop 2 or 3 lbs. and now this is the second month in a row where I've been so disappointed! I'm eating all the same, working out the same, so am I the only weirdo?

Sorry, I can't relate here. I always gain 3-5lbs right before my period and go back to my original weight 3-4 days into my period. It's pretty much like clockwork. However, I have never actually lost weight below my starting weight around my period. It's the opposite for me.
