Anyone with a pedometer want to join a challenge? Maybe at least 10,000 steps a day, and/or add up your total over a week? I haven't worn mine in ages, so it would be a start for me.

10,000 steps a day (roughly 5 miles) is a lot, so kudos to you if you walk that much in a day :D On average days, I walk roughly one mile (not including workouts). We went to the mall last weekend and walked about 6,000 steps (3 miles) in 3 hours :) If I join your challenge, I would start low (2,000 steps/day or 10,000 steps/week) and gradually increase. You might get more replies if you post/ask in the Exercise (http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/exercise-34/) section. Good luck!

Yeah, I walk a lot. lol I've racked up 20,000 on occasion. But yeah, if anyone wants to join, just set your own goal I guess. The point for me is just to track it for a week. If a mod wants to move it to the exercise forum that's fine.
