Personally, I've been eating the two berry chicken salads at Wendy's during phase 2. The chicken is grilled, they have strawberries or blueberries, and it comes with a small package of nuts (walnuts or almonds), and a berry vinaigrette dressing (either pomegranate or blueberry). The greens are really dark, unlike the vast majority of fast food salads. There's some sort of cheese on it too. They are large enough and have enough nutrients where you're not hungry an hour later, unlike lots of other fast food salads IMO. Technically I think the cheese and salad dressings are not SBD approved; however, you can just not eat the cheese and substitute a different dressing. Personally I eat the cheese and the berry vinaigrette and don't loose sleep over it - you just have to decide for yourself if you think those things might (a) increase cravings or (b) stall weight loss.
