Orange Juice?
I am trying a new recipe this weekend for friends. It calls for 2 C. of orange juice. That adds 6 PP to the whole recipe. Does anyone know of a low point orange juice I could use? Or even a sub for orange juice?
Here is the original ingredients for the recipe, then my changes below.
3 pounds pork shoulder or pork butt, chopped into 1 inch cubes
2 cups beef stock
2 cups Orange Juice
14 oz chunky salsa
2 lbs pork shoulder, lean only, chopped
2 cups fat free chicken broth
2 cups orange juice (need a sub for this!)

The recipe is for Pork Carnitas. I know Skinnytaste has a recipe for pork carnitas, but hers have ingredients I don't already have on hand, so I want to try this recipe if possible. If there are no suggestions, I will go for her recipe.
