probably left over lasagne 7/10

clean out the fridge night chez lala

dry kelloggs special K w/berries 2/

exercise: yup, 45 min elliptical and maybe go back for more tonight

I'm really having a hard time with pre-dinner and post dinner - I get a treat eating.
It doesn't help that Dearest one has opened what has got to be the best ballotin of chocs I have ever seen in my life from
debauve and gallais.
darn her.

One choc is all i need.

I have to watch my late night eating too.

So far not too bad ... hopefully I won't blow it later tonight.
