Monday- 60 min yoga
Tuesday- 35 min walk/jog intervals
Wednesday- 10 min exercise bike/10 min uphill walk warmup, 30 min circuits = 50 min
Thursday- 10 min arc trainer, 60 min walk/jog = 70 min
Friday - 40 min water aerobics, 35 min circuits = 75 min
