Ugh. I've done so great for the past 13 days. I really stuck to the plan with only one cheat of having a cupcake. That is...until...today.
I have a nasty cold and no desire to cook. So, I somehow I convinced myself that it was "okay" to order carryout. Cheesesteak and fries with cheese sauce to boot! I guess the only redeeming thing I can say about it is that I ate less than I normally would. But when we're talking steak subs and cheese sauce, "redeeming" isn't really part of the equation.
I feel like I should go a few more days on Phase 1 due to my slip up today. What do you all think? Tomorrow technically should be my first day of Phase 2. Any thoughts on how I should go from here? Thanks!
(Please tell me I'm not the only one who thinks being sick is some sort of license to eat the world. This is something I need to overcome because with a four year old in preschool, there's a lot of colds going around this house! I can't let a cold derail me everytime.)
