Has anyone tried this product successfully on IP diet? I just "pan roasted" the rice with Mrs. Dash and it was filling but… lacking. Now is the time to do the real protein intake.
Anyway, looking for variety as I have a long way to go.

Don't like them. Have a fishy taste even after soaking. YUCK!
i initially HATED these....very fishy, but recently I retried them by rinsing well, then putting them in my chicken, veggies and sauce to heat them. they were nmuch better- couldn't taste the weird fish taste anymore
