Alternachicks - Water log Jan 13+

Monday:

My plan is to try to have 6 16oz glasses of water per day and to cut down on my tea drinking.

Hey everyone,

I would like to know if anyone knows the comparison of oz to ml. Cause in Australia our drinks are measured in mls and so for today i have so far had 2.4 litres or 2400mls. (its lunchtime) so i will have had about 4 litres by the end of the day.

1 fluid ounce equals 29.574 ml. 2.4 litres would be around 81 ounces. I used to have a metric calculator on the site, I'll try to get it back up in the morning!

1 coffee
1 tea
1 banana/chocolate flavored hot chocolate
(hey, it is -32c here with the windchill :yikes: so I can indulge myself)
