Many people who have the surgery lose weight quickly. If you follow diet and exercise recommendations, you can keep most of the weight off. The surgery has risks and complications, however, including infections, hernias and blood clots. This surgery is also called bypass surgery...

I think Surgery is not good for the weight loss. In Surgery there are lot of complication and this is risk for that people. Exercise is a good way to loos weight instead of Surgery.

Wow really? Education is the key to giving informed advice...I suggest you read up on the subject before you make any judgement on the people that have had or are thinking of having surgery.

If you are going to post here, I would suggest you begin by reading this.

ha-the first poster apparently thinks he's doing us a service by defining WLS I guess. Don't get me started on the second poster. Don't you just love folks with their unwanted 2 cents?

I was thinking the first two responses were from spam accounts. The first poster's web address goes to a junk site. Is there some sort of benefit to accumulating posts if you are a spammer?

I guess I'm hopeful they weren't legitimate posts...
