I would love to see what everyone eats. I get tired of the same old stuff.
I had some strawberries and cantaloupe. Grilled chicken with broccoli. Low carb high fiber tortilla with some beans, salsa and shredded lettuce. And a crunchy peanut butter Clif bar.
B: Sprouted grain breakfast sandwich with an egg white, spinach, and part skim cheese.
S: 1 cup blueberries
L: Brown rice wrap w/ romaine, tomato, Gorgonzola, and a bit of light champagne vinaigrette
S: Oops, missed my packed carrots w/hummus
D: 1/4 cup jasmine rice, 1 cup roasted broccoli, and 1 cup TJ mandarin chicken
S: 2 cups pirate's booty
I eat on an IF schedule so I only have three meals a day but they are bigger.
2pm ~ Strawberry protein smoothie, tuna celery salad, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 100 calorie pack of almond.
5:30pm ~ Half a can of Healthy request cream of chicken soup with 6oz of grilled chicken and 6oz of broccoli mixed in. Topped with 1/4 cup grated cheese.
B: Special K Almond and Vanilla flavor with skim milk
L: Healthy choice chicken and rice soup, banana
D: Scallops, brown rice, broccoli and cauliflower
S: Apple
B:Egg White omelet with spinach and cheese and turkey bacon
S: Lettuce wrap with chicken and salsa
L: Small Salad with Blackened Turkey leftover from last night
S: Hummus and sliced peppers
D: Grilled chicken with a med Greek Salad ( lettuce,kalamata olives, and rf feta cheese
B- Oatmeal w/flaxseed, yogurt & blueberries (330)
L- turkey & cheese sandwich with tomato, onion, spinach and mustard, banana. (400)
D- 4 oz roast beef, sm baked potato, 1/4 cup gravy, roasted carrots/peppers/onion and a cucumber/tomato/onion salad w/2 T low calorie raspberry vinaigrette dressing and splash red wine vinegar. (505)
