S 4 Ritz crackers and 4 Hershey kisses
D Chicken, corn and mashed potatoes
S 1 scoop of Bryers ice cream

I would love to see what everyone eats. I get tired of the same old stuff.

I had some strawberries and cantaloupe. Grilled chicken with broccoli. Low carb high fiber tortilla with some beans, salsa and shredded lettuce. And a crunchy peanut butter Clif bar.

B: Sprouted grain breakfast sandwich with an egg white, spinach, and part skim cheese.
S: 1 cup blueberries
L: Brown rice wrap w/ romaine, tomato, Gorgonzola, and a bit of light champagne vinaigrette
S: Oops, missed my packed carrots w/hummus
D: 1/4 cup jasmine rice, 1 cup roasted broccoli, and 1 cup TJ mandarin chicken
S: 2 cups pirate's booty

I eat on an IF schedule so I only have three meals a day but they are bigger.

2pm ~ Strawberry protein smoothie, tuna celery salad, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 100 calorie pack of almond.

5:30pm ~ Half a can of Healthy request cream of chicken soup with 6oz of grilled chicken and 6oz of broccoli mixed in. Topped with 1/4 cup grated cheese.

7:30pm ~ 2 hard boiled eggs, apple, cheese stick, chocolate vitatop.

1 boiled egg (salt)

1/2 hamburger patty, 1/2 cup green beans (salt, pepper)

1 cup mixed-green lettuce + 1 t 1000 island + 1 t bacon bits

1/2 hamburger patty + 1/2 slice American cheese, 1/2 cup green beans

1/2 cup green beans sauteed in bacon grease

1/4th cup almonds

~ 1 1/2 gallons water

I eat so frequently I'm only hungry first thing in the morning.

6inch salami sandwich on wheat with provolone, olives, onions, jalepenos, light mayo/mustard.

Denver scramble (egg whites, onions, bell pepper, ham) and half a cup of fried potatoes.

Sugar free cherry jello

Under 1200 calories
