I have been doing some research and it seems Isabel has a different approach to diet instead of staving ourselves or exercising steady. I know at least I can't stick to those routines. She concentrates on eating more fat burning foods instead. I was thinking about purchasing the diet, but before I spend the money, has anyone else tried this?
