Default I am BACK... and on a mission!

So, I went on a minor hiatus for awhile, strangely while I was performing my best in the weightloss category. Then, I had reached 189. I am now 210.... again!!! 21 pounds back! Not happy with myself! Also found out that I am gluten intolerant... yay.... At least I know why I keep ballooning up when I go back to bread... more so than the average person. So, here I am again with a crazy goal... 31 pounds in 34 days. I can do this! I did better before... now I need this so I won't feel awful at the beach with my hunky boyfriend, and his skinny step sisters and step mother. I can't let my weight make me feel awful.... and I have a ton of cute clothes that would fit me perfectly at that weight, all perfect for summer. Today was good... except for the two bowls of ice cream after dinner. UGH, so frustrating! I need more self control! The pherntermine doesn't seem to be working as well as it did in the past, did I really build up an immunity to it? That is the last thing I need!
So, really, does anyone have any suggestions whatsoever?! I know losing that much in that amount of time is unrealistic, but I have done it, and it lasted for awhile in the past. I just want to feel better at the beach, then after, work on a lifelong goal that can be kept. Any advice is awesome advice!

31 pounds is a lot for 34 days. You could lose water weight like 6-12 pounds in 2 weeks but you'd have to do some biggest loser regimen to lose weight like that. Just find a swimsuit that emphasizes your assets and be content with any weight loss that brings you closer to your goal.

Ever think that's your problem? Sure you've lost that much weight before in that amount of time. But you just gained it all back...I say you might want to reconsider why your doing this and if it's because you want other people's approval and not think your fat or for you to look good you're probably going to lose the weight again and then regain it.

Failure always happens when your going it for other people. Now you want to drop these pounds quickly and then work on a long term goal. Maybe the problem is now your stressed about it. When I stress and thinking about weight loss too much nothing ever happens for me. I personally would find another way and a healthier way to do things considering if I just gained back all the weight I lost. That's my opinion tho.

31 pounds in 34 days? Yes, you did it before... but now look where you are... back to the beginning. If you dont do something you can sustain, you will keep gaining all of your weight back... possibly plus some. That is unhealthy and will do nothing but break your spirits in the long run.

As for the Phentermine, I have taken it and it doesnt work as well the second time around for some reason so I stopped taking it all together. I have heard this with many people.

I hope you find something that works for you
