Low Carb Archive - New low carber here too

Hey guys! Another newbie here :lol: I am not new to the sight though ;) , Just low carbing. I actually did it a few years ago and had great success but switched to Sugar Busters to finish the weightloss and it worked well too, BUT then I got off of both and now I am up 15 pounds from last year and am ready to snap back into reality :dizzy: Hope to make lots of new friends and any ideas on good menu ideas will be greatly apriciated ;)
