Ok so I suppose that I should have asked this before when I originally posted my first question about nuts.....
I just noticed that I accidently bought a bag of mixed nuts that were not DRY ROASTED. We have been eating them 2- 3 X per week and haven't seen an effect that I am aware of from them.....
Is there a big reason for the dry roasted other than fat?
I am kinda dumb when it comes to this subject and as I noticed today when in the nut aisle that for the most part there are very few dry roasted varieties.... Besides well peanuts and I find them fairly boring.
Sorry for asking the same darn question but I am really trying to do this the right way minus the minor things I have adjusted for me.
These are roasted in peanut oil and no added sugars. I knew to stay away from the honey roasted but didn't notice that these were roasted in oils. It hasn't seemed to matter much but I just didn't want to screw things up over a few nuts. LOL
