New to this forum, but not to the weight loss effort. Probably applies to most everyone here, right?
Struggled with weight issues since puberty, thanks to PCOS and insulin resistance. Highest weight was 246 in my late 20's. Tried different things over the years with no success. Finally got the medical issues under control and the weight began slowly coming off. Currently going to Weight Watchers, which is going well. Also doing 45 minutes of cardio on an elliptical followed by weight lifting. Planning to kick things up a few notches in August with Crossfit.
