General Diet Plans and Questions - 30 Day Challenge Starting July 1st

So July's only 2 weeks away and I figured I would try to rally some troops early! Anyone interested in a month challenge with me in July???? :?::?:
You know you want to! (Seriously, I need some team members for motivation and to keep each other going all month long)
My goal for July to to exercise at the gym 12-16 times for at least an hour and to have a minimum number of calories burned=500 (thanks to my polar heart monitor for tracking). Anyone care to join me?

My Goals for July
I will to lose two pounds a week
I will walk at least 45 minutes a day
I will do weight/strength training at least 3 times a week for an hour a crack.
and I will eat a max of 1400 calories a day

Stay under 1000 calories on weekdays and under 1300 on weekends

I'm game for a 10# loss by the end of July.
This will be achieved by cutting down on carbs, increased exercise, increased water, keeping a food log.
I need loads of support!

I'm in and Friday is my weigh day anyways..so perfect.
Goals- 9 lbs, want to be in the 150s when I'm done :-)
run 3 times per week and walk 1 hour 2 times a week and do 2 moderate/difficult hikes in the 5 mile range during the month
fit into my blue jean capris that are sitting in the corner of my room...currently unwearable...

i have been off balance 4 the past week and a half(as far as eating),plus i really need 2 UP my workouts,stay focused etc..!
goals for july:workout 4 to 5 days a week at least 30 mins a day
eat a little more than i have been(4 energy):broc:
lose 8 lbs this month!

I'm not actually sure what I weighed on the 1st, but I weigh 144 this morning so my goal weight is 136.
Hopefully most people didn't get quite as derailed over the holiday weekend as I did. ;)
