Hi,

I really want to try wonderslim but it looks like everything is loaded with soy. I think I may be sensitive to soy and I am concerned about it's effect on estrogen levels. Does anyone know of any meal delivery programs that aren't loaded with soy?

I am doing Medifast and eating mostly non-soy options. They have some totally soy free, some that have a teeny amount as soy sauce or soy lecithin. So I eat the whey based meals:

scrambled eggs
southwest eggs
cappuccino
hot cocoa
chai latte
soft serves (mango, coffee, mint chocolate, and peanut butter)
cranberry mango drink
tropical punch
cherry pomegranate shakes
dark chocolate shakes
cream of broccoli soup
cream of chicken soup
cream of tomato soup
iced teas (all flavors)

And the 3 puddings are low soy so I use them as well.
