Hello everyone,
Does anyone know the point value for a 56g box of Smarties.
I can't find Smarties anywhere in the WW food book.
Thanks for your help.

According to Dotti's Weight Loss Roll, 3 rolls = 1 point. Smarties rule!

Smarties here in the states are much different that Smarties in Canada. :D Smarties here are just like Rockets. Smarties in Canada are similar to chocolate m&m's.
Anyway...I just happen to have an empty box of Smarties here. My married daughter who still lives in Canada sends a Smarties supply to her younger brother. There are a few things he still misses. I won't even go into COFFEE CRISP....*sigh*
I'm rambling again...sorry.

As it happens, I have an 84g box of smarties on my desk. I really hate these things, so don't ask why I have them. However, I'll point out that it is an unopened box.

energy: 384 kcal/1605 kJ
protein 3.3 g
fat 11 g
carbs 68 g

I think you can do the math and figure out what the 56 gram value is. :) :)

bonne chance
