Question No Desire to eat today....

Ok today is my 5th day and woke up not feeling great, I could NOT set my Protein shake down what so ever, I did eat a boiled egg just to have something and not real hungry at lunch time either, did have my salad and a few bites of chicken and i brought the pom/cran drink and its awefull! Is it going to slow me down since I didnt get the protein in today? Guess I could try a shake again tonight at dinner. What do you all think?

That happened to me also in my first week. I tried to get everything in small spurts. I split my lunch and dinner. I ate the protein first and then an hour or so I ate the veggies. I don't think I got everything in that day and I don't think it affected my weight loss that week just don't let it happen to often or it will affect you. Good luck and I hope you feel hungry soon!!
