Other Reduced Carb Diets - Carbs from Fruit and Veggies Anyone?

I'm currently on Weight Watchers but i'm also trying to incorporate a lower carb menu. I try to only get my carbs from fruits and vegetables as i cannot give them up! I was wondering if anyone else was doing that sort of regimen? And if it worked?

Also, if i'm only doing low(er) carbs, what range should i stay in?

Many people lose under 100 carbs - some under 60 carbs. I'd say to start at one of those levels just to find your limit. I don't see anything wrong with your idea, we all have to make our own path and to assume we should all be on the same one is pure foolishness.
