Hi. My Name is Sam. I am 29 (30 in two weeks ) I live in the UK with my Husband and five Children.
I gave up smoking (40 a day) gained a lot of weight.
I have been doing weightwatchers for 12 weeks and I lost 30 pounds on that. I have been low carbing for 8 days and lost 5 pounds.
I now have 10 pounds to go. I might decide I want to be smaller.. 10 pound loss will take me to 9st 6 and I am 5 ft 2, so it may still be too heavy on me.
There's a UK chicks section, there are age-based support areas, areas based on how much weight you need to lose, low-carb sections and even a WW section.
