Hi my name is Rebecca I am 25 I am here for some support to try and lose this fat. I am currently at 165 I wish to be around 120 as I am only 4'11". Thats about all I can think of right now everyone have a wonderfull day.
There are a whole number of support groups and areas where you'll find others on similar journeys. We're all here to eat a little better, move a little more, lose a little weight, so we want everyone to be successful!
