Holy crap! I am so in shock, as well as being tired out of my mind. I tried my best to run the whole way, but I ended up having to stop and walk so I only ended up running 70% of the time, but you know, I am still very proud. I also did have a few hours rest in between. But, that means that in the future, I'll be able to do this without stopping-maybe even before the summer ends!:carrot::carrot::carrot: I am so proud though. It was great to see the look of shock on my sister in law's face when she saw me running back, shocked. I was supposed to get a ride back later in the evening, but decided to just try and run walk it, and I did better on the way back.

Be consistent with your running and get enough recovery time and you will do well.

Thanks! I am very consistent. I run 2-4 times a week, and I do take a day off from exercise all together at least once a week, and definitely do weight training with kettlebells the other days, or before I run.
