Hi all, I personally find a challenge motivating so I'm proposing a newbie challenge! I have only been on this diet for a week as of tomorrow and I'd like to lose 15 lbs in my first month on program so if anyone else who has recently started would like to join me in losing 15 lbs in their first month then feel free!
