I didn't see an OP thread for this week other than the Phase One-ers, so I started it up. If I've missed something, go ahead and delete. Otherwise post your any phase OP meal plans here for the week!

Sunday, June 12, 2011 - Phase 2


Breakfast: Oatmeal Pancakes; 2 slices turkey bacon; V8; 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener - Vitamins

Lunch: Chicken crackslaw

Snack: Apple with peanut butter

Dinner: Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki, cucumber slices and carrots

After a very off plan weekend (DH 30th birthday bbq extravaganza!) I am trying to regain some control. I will attempt to go back to 1.5 because there are too many fruits that I do not want to waste that he won't touch!

p1.5
B fried eggs w dried basil and rf mozzarella on whole wheat english muffin, 2 cups coffee w splenda and 1% milk
L canned crabmeat on a salad of mixed lettuces, tomato, red onion, corn (!!!), black olives, cilantrorf cheese with some sort of oil and vinegar dressing
S mixed berry, cream cheese and almond milk blended drink
D chicken breast with tomatoes, spinach, rf mozz cheese

L: cauliflower fried rice with extra lean ground beef & olives
S: more cauliflower fried rice
D: (gonna force my fiancee to cook - teeheehee)

L:various salads with almonds, cranberries, gorgonzola, chicken, cabbage, etc etc (parents brought in lunch for teachers today - AMAZING), whole grain flat bread
S: peanuts, turkey pepperoni
D: no clue

Monday, June 13, 2011 - Phase 2

Breakfast: Ricotta waffles w/ SF syrup; 1 c 1% milk; 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener

Lunch: Chili w/ leftover V8 from breakfast - Vitamins

Snack: Apple with peanut butter

Dinner: Salad w/ lots of veggies, turkey pepperoni and Italian dressing; 1 slice of WW Pizza w/ Turkey Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese, Red Pepper, Onion, Green Olives; Diet Coke

Snack: NSA Fudgesicle

Snack: Popcorn (100 calorie pack); Diet Root Beer

Monday June 13th. Phase 1

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with red onion, spinach and mushrooms. 2 slices of Canadian bacon.
Snack:String Cheese
Lunch: Salad w/ radishes. l/f mozz.cheese and Newmans Own light italian dressing. Chicken sausage link.
Snack: Sugar snap peas and carrots
Dinner: I was so tired that I ended up just falling asleep and not eating dinner :/

B. Fibre 1, strawberries, sf/ff yogurt
L. a fancy dancy buffet lunch with the Book Club folks. I think it's buffet so I will choose wisely
D. super garden salad with strawberries, balsamic vinegar and goat cheese plus a small serving of quinoa if I avoided carbs at lunch

WATER because it's going to be a warm day

D: lettuce wrapped turkey burger
S: blueberries & cottage cheese w vanilla extract

I did NOT plan ahead for today, and now I'm stuck at work with no snacks and only an emergency instant black bean soup cup (normally a snack item for me). I am really regretting not having my act together more last night and this morning. Planning is the key!

Breakfast: 1 egg; 1 slice turkey bacon, Grapefruit, 1 slice WW toast, V8, 2 cups coffee each w/ ¼ c 1% milk and sweetener - Vitamins

Lunch: Salad with lots of veggies, leftover chicken strips, 2% cheese, and ranch dressing

Dinner: Salad w/ lots of veggies, turkey pepperoni and Italian dressing; 1 slice of WW Pizza w/ Turkey Pepperoni, Mozzarella Cheese, Red Pepper, Onion, Green Olives; Diet Coke

Desert: SB Friendly Chocolate Peanut Butter “Ice Cream”

Snack: Popcorn (100 calorie pack) and Diet Root Beer

Was originally going to have blueberry cheesecake smoothie as evening snack, used some frozen blueberries I've had for a while... had a few sips and it just did not taste right...
Proud to say that instead of turning to other frozen sweet treats I made a salad! Mixed spring greens, tomato, red onion, garbanzos, cilantro, evoo and white vinegar dressing. Yum!

Phase II - weight up a tad to 181 - probably salt in the buffet lunch yesterday. I stuck with salad and meat but the meat was a sort of chicken Kiev and was probably well salted!

B. Strawberry and spinach smoothie
L. Lettuce, goat cheese and strawberry salad, 2 Ryvita crackers
D. chicken breast (maybe salsa baked), asparagus, tomato, cucumber salad, skim milk

Thursday, June 16, 2011 - Phase 2

Lunch: 15 bean soup and carrots

Snack: Apple with peanut butter

Dinner: Steak, broccoli salad, tossed green salad with healthy ranch dressing, ½ ear corn

Snack: NSA Fudgesicle



Went to a dinner party (BBQ) at a friend's home and was pretty happy with how I did... We brought the salads, so they were totally OP, and I passed on the potatoes, garlic bread and brownies. :carrot: I really didn't trust myself with just a bite of any of those things.

A rather screwed up day as I woke at 2 and had breakfast at 4 a.m.

B. 2 ww crisp Rusk toasts with 2 laughing cow and strawberries
L. a hamburger at the Diner with the works plus strawberries when I got home
D. a slice of multi-grain with 2 more Laughing Cow and sliced olives
Book club - veggies and dip and white wine spritzers = 2 glasses of wine

Tomorrow will be better with more veggies and less cheese

Oh, Ruthxxx, I find it so hard to cut down on my cheese! I know Laughing Cow is a good choice, but I don't even buy it or else it'd be gone in a second!
