Weight Loss Support - Party Time is over - Let's get back to work

Ok, I'm back from the carb fest that was my birthday weekend :)
I ate well last week while at my son's camp because it too dang hot to do anything else, but once Friday rolled around - I pigged on doritos and cereal. Saturday brought McD bacon,egg cheese bisquit, cupcakes for lunch and BBQ ribs for dinner. Sunday was donuts after church, more cupcakes for lunch and pizza for dinner. I am DONE!! I recon that while the scale is up 5 pounds :fr: only 1 or 2 of those is actually a gain. So, I am brushing myself off and getting back to work. I'm typing this in my workout clothes after I ate my oatmeal and before I go for my 2 mile run followed by something else.

OP here. Got my 2 miles in to (3 total with warm-up, cool-down walking), but the week I missed hurt me. My quads are very sore. Took the kids to the movies today and had only 1 handful of popcorn and a salad at McDs. I am back :)

Decided to use this double-post to post my Tuesday am results. After eating decently on Monday (wouldn't call cheese-itz, clean, lol), I managed to lose 4 pounds in water for a weight of 179. So you ladies who worry about gaining "x" pounds over a "bad" weekend, don't because it is water weight, mostly, and it WILL go away!
