Is there anyone here that is following the Mediterranean diet ? Has it worked for you? Thanks for your help

Have been following it loosely for the past two years, yes it has definitely worked, along with exercise. You should take a look at the Mediterranean/Sonoma thread, there's lots of tips and recipes there. Good luck :)
