I was completely freaked out about getting on the treadmill! My trainer then told me she was putting me on it, regardless the next time we trained. So I got a good friend who stood right next to me and encouraged me the entire time. Kept the incline at 0 the first time, and SLOWLY raised the speed. that was in March, I was hopping off and on it tonight doing intervals! If I can do it, you can!! And remember you can hold on, at first, just don't keep holding on, because that will support part of your weight and you won't get as good of a workout (that's what I was told!) Good luck!!!
