am another 3 lbs downs.
so it's week 6 and another 2lbs down,
week 1 - 5lbs
week 2 - 4lbs
week 3 - 2lbs
week 4 - 4lbs
week 5 - 3lbs
week 6 - 2lbs
week 7 - 2lb
212 my new weight

fatarnp - justkeeping a balance with food, only eat whole food and homemade, i do not eat any proceesed foods
i eat a high protein diet as am strength training x2 week
i eat complex carbs and low fats- ie only cook in olive oil, and potions control
i dont eat fryed food, i dont use food as a treat when teaching goal
i eat every 2-3 hour
when i have a snack its fruit or dried fruit ie apricots
i dont have desserts, any soda, just plain water
I can maintain this thats the key. I dont feel run down, or tired as all my foods are nutritous,

Wow, congratulations on your losses and your determination! I couldn't cut out soda--I tried, but it just made me miserable, so I work around it... but I'm really proud for you that you've managed to control yourself so well! :D

Wow, excellent!! I've been at this for just about 7 weeks and your weight loss is double mine. Good for you! Keep doing what your doing, it is obviously working great for you
