I got this from a neighbor, who got it from someone on ww. Strict low carbers should make substitutions for the peas and corn.

You could leave out the saurkraut and just make it a cabbage soup and you can always add protein to it.

*****cans were 15oz size******
1 can peas (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can cut green beans (drained)
1 can sauerkraut ...not drained (I used two because I love it)
1 12 0z can V8 (I used more....perhaps 20oz
1 lg can crushed tomatoes
1/2 head of cabbage OR a bag of pre cut cole slaw mix
1/2 small can of tomato paste

I threw mine in a crock pot and let it cook for a few hours.

********warning********

it will stink up your house but it is very good for you and filling! It is not rocket science....make substitutions to your taste!
