Default Losing weight while on anticoagulants (blood thinners)

I suffered a pulmonary embolism caused by a recurring blood clot in my leg last September. Prior to that I had managed to lose 45 pounds through portion control and exercise. I feel ashamed to admit that I had started to gain some back before the embolism happened through falling back into old bad habits. As it stands, I've gained back 2/3 of what I'd worked so hard to lose.

I am now trying to get back on the horse and start losing again. The issue this time is that, in addition to recovering the energy and motivation to exercise, I am now a lifer on warfarin (anticoagulant). This means that I have to monitor my intake of greens and be more aware of how exercise affects my metabolism. I guess I'm wondering if anyone here has been successful in losing weight on warfarin and how you overcame the crushing fatigue that accompanies this condition. thanks for listening!
