Hi everyone,
I'm new here and need help in figuring out the percentages of protein, etc. that I am eating. Is that very important to this WOE? If I stick to 3-4 ozs of protein for lunch and dinner is that okay? I think I should only have 1-2 starchy carbs per day. Does that include bread? I don't think so. I'm losing very slowly and I try not to eat any potatoes, rice, or ww pasta. Can I have 2 slices of bread a day? I think maybe I'm doing something wrong because it just seems too easy with too much to eat. Thanks for any help you can give me.

Thanks DawnStorm. I did read the book but I guess I'm just getting frustrated because I don't see anything happening weight wise. I feel better but it's been a few weeks and I lost 2 lbs and keep fluctuating up a pound and down a pound. Maybe I just need to give it more time.
