Momentum / Flex - On an average, how much do you lose a week?

Hi Everyone! I am doing the old WW plan and just started last week. I stuck with the old plan becuase I already have all the materials and know what I can and can't eat. :) Anyways, when I exercise everyday and do not use my weekly allowance points I tend to lose around 2-3 pounds a week. What do you all usually average? :)

it takes me 10 days to lose a pound, on 1200 calories and 45 minutes a day on the treadmill

I am doing an older WW plan since mid January and I lose about 2.2 lbs a week. YAY!

I've always been a slow loser. I usually drop between 3-4 pounds a month. It takes real patience....I have PCOS and it just doesn't come off easy.

ballerina: I am in the same boat as u--I started last week and I am doing it with the old 7 yr kit that I dug out of the closet. I lose 1-2lbs usually, though I lost 4 last week (water weight).
