Default vegetables

I am four weeks in and I just am so tired of vegetables. I was doing so well eating them. Before IP I would go literall days/weeks without eating veggies. It felt so good to be having so many. But I have to say the novelty is wearing off and I just don't want them anymore. I'm fine with the reast of the diet. I'm not feeling the need to cheat. But I'm just not wanting the veggies. I hope this changes because it's making it difficult to stay OP. I'm scared to do IP without all the veggies though (in terms of my health).

Hi Kay!

Hang in there! Have you tried the recipes shared by other posters? I went through all the recipe stickies and cut and paste the recipes that I thought I might like onto a Word doc - building my own IP cookbook. I ate alot of grilled veggies and salads Week 1 and half of Week 2 and then I started building my librairy of recipes - from that day forward I have had no problems and really gave me the variety that I needed and actually the food tastes close to the "regular" recipes. I do have a really open pallette. I just finished a wicked lettuce wrap recipe tonite and when I got home for supper I was looking so forward to having it. I dont feel like I am missing out since trying the recipes. Hope that helps!
