Default Missing packets

I have on two occasions in 10 days found myself missing an IP packet. Both times it has been the snack and it has been because earlier in the day I was too busy to have it and later in the evening, I was sooo full from the veggies. Today I am STARVING, do you guys think I can have some extra protein (NR of course)??

First WI tomorrow - wish me luck. I have NOT cheated but it is TOM so I wonder if that might hamper my weight loss!

Missing packets could be why you are extra hungry, but instead of having extra protein, try using an extra packet. My coach said in week 1-3 if you are extra hungry to use up to 5 packets per day.
