Mini-Goals - confused- what do I really weigh???

hi all, hope everyones well , ok so as the title say am dont know whats my weight

one scale says 217 pounds

and another says 205 pounds

i appreciate there will be a discepency and a slight difference by 12 pounds

both are in my gym.
which be best to go with, Kinda had a feeling that i may have weighted less

Twelve pounds IS quite a difference. I'd let the gym management know about the problem. I'd pick one scale and weigh only on that one.

I do only get weight on 1 but weighed myself out of curiosty, lol, I know am deffo losing weight but if am 12 poubds lighter on another scale then should that be my actual weight

I think most scales are off by a bit. I think my scale at home may be up to 10 pounds off. I think you just pick one scale and stick with it. The main point of the scale is show whether things are moving up or down. What's more important than the number should be how your clothes fit and how you feel.

If the discrepancy is that high, and you can't guarantee that you'll always be able to use exactly the same scale all the way through your weight loss journey, find a scale which you *can* rely on. Is it an option to buy one? If not, is there somewhere which will let you use their scale where there's only one, such as a friend or a local chemist (some people mention using Boots)?
