Miralax?
Were you allowed to use Miralax to help you have your BMs - I love it because it dissolves, is tasteless. There is not supposed to be ANY update in the gut, so my guess (and some online reading) is that there are 0 cals, 0 carbs, 0 fats... So much better than Mag....
First day of real IP diet going well, followed everything - chicken soup was not a hit (maybe i overboiled it...). Looking forward to some cappucino drink in the morning... yum yum yum!
