Hi, everyone. I've been losing and gaining the same five pounds for three years, bouncing from 150 to 155, never sticking to any diet or exercise plan longer than a week. I'm finally getting sick of it.

I was always a chubby child, then inflated to severely obese for a few years in middle school. I shed some of the pounds but remained overweight for most of high school. Upon going to college and gaining the ability to eat what I wanted, when I wanted, I crept up the scale from 130 to 155 pounds without even noticing.

Recently, I took a picture of myself at 150 pounds and was just disgusted. I can't post it until I have more posts on this forum, but it's great motivation for me to start getting healthy at last.

I'm more determined than ever to lose this weight and end up at 109 pounds with a healthy BMI of 22. I've already lost eight pounds, only 33 to go. Wish me luck!

I wish you much luck! I've also been struggling with weight but it seems your far better off than me, I hope to someday be where you are now so that I may then lose that weight and finally be who I know I truly am instead of this much dreaded blob!
